Nature Palestine Society participated in the celebration of National Palestinian Environment Day organized by the Environmental Quality Authority in cooperation with Tubas
Governorate, Tubas Municipality, and local educational institutions. The event was held under the theme “Scouts and Youth: Friends of the Environment,” with a special focus on protecting the Shafa Al-Ghawr Iris. Activities included the inauguration of a mural depicting the rare iris species at Tubas Secondary School for Boys, a symbolic environmental hike to Tubas Nature Reserve, the release of rehabilitated birds of prey, and the planting of iris seedlings in the micro- reserve established by Nature Palestine Society.---
